I watch you on WCBI it seems like every morning. You seem like a really great cook. Alot of your stuff sounds good, but sorry to say it, it all makes me VERY quesy(sp?) so early in the morning. Seeing regular food that early makes me wanna gag. But it does look good...Is there anyway you can make breakfest, at least sometimes? You never know, I might get in the kitchen after and do what you did! :)

Shannon, I ordered two of your cookbooks, one for my daughter and one for me. I love it!!! I have around 200 cookbooks, but this one will be on the "to use" shelf. My daughter was excited as she has a small child; she said, "Oh, this one looks like one I can really use to cook out of." I will look at your blog, also. Thanks. I made the pecan crusted catfish this weekend.
